IVIYTH0S Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 I don't know much about AMD overclocking but that looks pretty sweet so far, what is that processor's stock clock speed? are you having instability now? have you checked for stability? have you checked your temps? If that's stable I'll be shocked. I think the highest I ever saw a chip from that series go was 3.4ghz. And do you have the 6000+ that is stock 3.0 or 3.1? xPolloLoco Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 (edited) Stock it's 3.0ghz I had it at 3.450 Multiplying by 15x.. then crashed 10 minutes in when I started testing stabilty but I believe that's because I'm not familiar with overclocking properly. 3.3 does run stable. I want to run 3.5 somehow. BIOS and Mobo is fully adjustable stock set multiplier is 15x and that's the max, you can choose lower. Temps are always 25-35c idle and below 45c on load. main board is only 5 more than that.
