Comes in retail box with all the accessories, manual, cd, I/O shield, cables etc. If your looking to overclock look no further. I will also include 2 1gb sticks of Crucial PC6400 DDR 2 memory with this purchase for free. On one of the sticks the LEDs doesnt work but you can RMA to Crucial. Ive only used them about 5 minutes, I saw the LEDs didnt work and I just bought a new set. Im asking $100 shipped to the continental US.
