Suggestions On Case Fans To Buy, Help Appreciated

Good evening fellas. I am looking to replace(finally) the loud fans on my case. I've had the computer for over a couple years now, however, I'm tired of my computer sounding like an aircraft.

So, I'm looking for 3 80mm blue LED fans, and 1 92mm black or transparent fan. The depth of the fan doesn't really matter, however the noise level does. I'm trying to find something at MOST 20dba, just as quiet as possible. Obviously, I'd like to spend as less as I can, so I don't want to be spending $20 a fan. I have noticed quiet LED fans are rather tough to come by, and usually somewhat expensive. I have looked into tiger, newegg, xoxide, frozencpu and haven't really found anything ideal. I'd really like to stay with the current color scheme(black, white, blue and green), so the three 80's need to be blue LED.

 

If anyone can help me out, it'd be greatly appreciated. Feedback, suggestions, recommendations are more than welcome here.

I looked for LED fans, but most of them are by noname brand or loud fans, so why not get a cathode to light up the case instead of the fans?

Or u could always mod the fans with blue LEDs. It's quite easy.
