scr4wl Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 ok, thanks, how high overclock you reckon it'll get?? well it depends on your MOBO and ram and where you live (meaning if its a humid climate like where i live) but i bet you could push at least 3.5 i know you can get around 3.8 with a rampage

The absolute best air cooler is the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme, which can be had for around 55$ + fan.

scr4wl Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 The Thermaltake DuoOrb is crap mate! Whats wrong with the DuoOrb Have you actually used it because it works very well (it's a little to long and gets in the way of some ram) but it cools extremely well cools the keeps the proc in the mid 20's to low 30's and supposedly cools the ram (not actually sure about that bit)
Timmy94 Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 I'm sure it works very well.

Great_Gig Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 To say it's crap is a little harsh, way better than stock but there are better to be had. Presently and certainly on this forum one of the most popular is the Thermalright and rightly so, as you can get near water cooling results if you set them up right. I would suggest any one of these 3 depending on your budget and preference. Thermalright 120 Ultra Exreme (or TRUE) Xigmatek HDT-S1283 Noctua NH-U12F Put any of those names into google and you will find reviews. I would avoid the Zalman personally.
