HITandRUN Posted August 22, 2007 Posted August 22, 2007 Finally got around to get the Q6600 going on my P35-DQ6. I went right to the top on it. 1.5V and 450x8 priming right now. No problems so far.

Guest GripS Posted August 22, 2007 Posted August 22, 2007 I've been waiting to see some of your results. What kind of load temps are you getting with 1.5v? Are you using air? I know i can go higher, i'm just concerned about the temps. I have yet to see someone show proof of 3.6ghz+ stable on air cooling with a quad. I'm not talking about folding stable either. I'm talking 4 instances of prime95 for 8 hours.
Coors Posted August 22, 2007 Posted August 22, 2007 While I agree that prime95/Orthos should be used for stability, IMO running F@H is the ultimate stability test. Especially when you run it for over a month or even more.
