Recommended CPU cooler for under $20 ?

I am replacing my chipset cooler with a Evercool VC-RE from SVC.com, and would like some recommendations on a CPU cooler under $20. I was looking at the Thermaltake TMG A3, since its only $16.99.

 

Any suggestions?

he's asking for CPU cooler advice, check ebay for used 120mm 939 heatsinks, xp-120 i know is well received

i see another potential problem, your PS just might fiddle with you sooner or later. if you are not planning on clocking, then just about any CPU cooler will suffice......

 

however, you have a DFI, one must assume that clocking is on your mind, i would strongly recommend that you reconsider your decision.......

 

it is always nice to have the added leeway, just in case you decide to kick it in the arse...

Will this CPU work fine with my AMD64 ? It has some pretty decent reviews, and I dont overclock so it should be adequate.

 

I'm a bit confused about the "K8" listing.

I would go with an Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro. I got mine for $20 shipped on a Newegg special; I think Provantage has them normally at $17 last time I checked.

 

K8 is the codename for the Athlon 64 architecture. So, Athlon 64 = K8.
