Staff currently has OCC email acounts.  Matt is trying to get something set up for members. It'll be a while before that happens though, just because of everything required to get a full blown email system working.  Not to get to far off topic, but I agree with Kevin_E_Cramer... OpenOffice.org (OOo) is very nice. Use that with Evolution, and you forget all about Office. However, I've seen people using MS Office on Linux before, via WinE.
