CharmedLover84 Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 Heatsink is the stock heatsink, I just removed the plastic part of it. It's fine, I just don't like temps that high LOL
iamkoza Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 Anyone else try and OC theirs? I downloaded NTune since nothing else seems to work, and it dun seem to work near as efficiently as the NVTweak stuff for Coolbits did in the old control panel. I'm probably gonna uninstall it. Just to be a jealous guy and ask why even OC it? Are you gaming on some 50" HD tv or something?
CharmedLover84 Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 24" widescreen, and I prefer things working at peak efficiency. Also I've seen that most people have gotten at least 600/1900 outta their early release models as well so I figured it was a safe place to be. And now that I no longer have SLI and my CPU isn't as bad of a bottleneck, performance increase from just OCing the card is more noticable.
