scotland21 Posted November 16, 2006 Posted November 16, 2006 Does anyone know if or where you can buy the sata cables that ship with the board. My case has the hard drive bays facing to the side of the case which makes the normal sata cables very clumsy to install.

Just go to www.newegg.com or www.zipzoomfly.com and order some sata cables. My case too has the hard drive bay facing the side panel and I dont have a problem with the SATA or the IDE cable. scotland21 Posted November 16, 2006 Posted November 16, 2006 Are the sata ports on the edge of your board facing the hd bay??
Guest Kobalt Posted November 17, 2006 Posted November 17, 2006 Get LOCKING cables @ monoprice. Cheap, and they work great! They have 90 deg bend also, so that is a plus. http://www.monoprice.com/products/product....format=2&style=
red930 Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 This is an excellent source for SATA cables... http://www.macgurus.com/productpages/sata/SATACables.php I've used them as a source for several years and have always gotten excellent service. They offer 90 and 270 degree cables so you can really clean up your cable runs.
