  1. I am having problems getting nvidia's ntune to work with my motherboard. I cannot o/c the graphics card or the motherboard manually. It crashes back to the desktop when I attempt the motherboard settings and the graphics card settings I cannot move the sliders and optimal settings does nothing. Am I the only one with this problem with my setup.
  2. have you tried running on default settings?? i.e cpu,ram etc
  3. Have you enabled the raid function in the bios for the silicon chip?? I can't remember if it is enabled by default but I would check that first. You don't mention which bios version you have but this version fixes these issues: 2006/08/29 Major Reasons of Change: Fix the system hang up when setting the IDE or SATA Device in “Standard CMOS Features”. These may be irrelevant but I mention them as you don't mention if you've checked them or not.
  4. First things first - you should get your sig done or you won't get any help, that's the spec of your setup. Don't make the same mistake as I did make it easy to read.
  5. core temp reads 24c and 30c smart guardian reads 37c which one do I believe ????
  6. Cheers for the replies guy's. I have noticed this does come and go, at the mo all behaving fine. I was concerned in case it was a motherboard or hard drive fault.
  7. I have a strange problem with the setup listed below with the hd activity light will flicker at a low level when there is no hd activity. So far I have concluded the drives attached to the silicon chipset are causing this as I have disconnected them and the problem goes away. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this something I should raise with DFI.
  8. Do they read "Serial ATA 30AWG E173433-D AWM STYLE 2725 80c 30v VW-1" on them ?? Specs for your mobo say sata 1.5Gb/s which is the 1st generation sata. But if they have the same spec as above then they will be the same.
