Depends on what divider you use. Remember that CPU MHz is king. Make your memory work around your CPU. DO NOT make your CPU work around your memory:D So if you have to use the 180 divider at 3-4-4-8 or the 150 at 2-2-2-5 the 150 is a better choose. That being said the rule of thumb is IF you have to use a divider.Use one that gives you the tightest timing possible. In your case if not using a divider 2-2-2-5 rules There tread after tread on this. In benches and games it don't matter. But you see for yourself in everyday apps they run lots faster with 2-2-2-5
