Would do DDR600 @ 2.5-4-8-3 without any issue until I decided to run for the sky with 3.5v one day lol (killed cas3/2.5). Best deal is on Patriot 2 gig sets PC3200 2-2-2-6 FOR AROUND $125 after rebate. Check the EGG first then try Outpost. My Ultra 2b LOVES IT.
