Can't get ultra-d over 265

I just upgraded to nf4 with an ultra-d and i can't get the board to boot up at over 265. I can get it to boot fine at 265 and i can prime for a few hours at 1.4v. I've lowered the ht to 2x and my ram is running on a 100 divider. I've even increased the voltage to 1.5 and it still would not post. I also know the cpu can do at least 270 because that's what it did on my nf3 board. I'm running bios 623, but i've tried a few others. What am i doing wrong??

Increase the voltage to cpu.

There are lots of settings in between 1.4 and 1.5

i tried all the increments and then i tried percentages that fell between 1.4 and 1.5 also

Well its up to you on voltages and how hard you want to press it. I use 1.55 with the storm block.
