O(V)eGA_l2el) Posted September 5, 2003 Posted September 5, 2003 What are the files needed to boot into DOS, for example the loaders, format command, etc I want to delete the MBR of my old HD(s) before I install Redhat 9 on my 1Ghz system I think the required files are in the system32 folder but I forgot the names and extensions of all required files. d3bruts1d Posted September 5, 2003 Posted September 5, 2003 If you are just going to install RH9, you can blow it all away when doing the install. And set up the Grub or LILO loader. - Moved to the OS forum.
