madian225 Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Hi I think you will find that most people use the Nvidia raid function as it is quicker, however, saying that getting the Nvidia RAID drivers to load is not that staright forward as you may have seen from various other threads. The SiL drivers are not as efficient but are a bit easier to install. My own personal preference is the Nvidia and is worth the hassle in getting in running, it is all to do with Windows and the Nvidia drivers not being WHQL certified. You may also want to experiemnt a bit with the stripe and cluster sizes as these also have an impact on 'overall speeds'. The Thread here has lots of info.
