Guest Blooz1 Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 This card will work with your system, but if you get one, don't use the drivers that come with the card! Google and download "Via Envy 24" drivers (They're out there!). The drivers on the CD are very outdated. NOw, for gaming this card is supposed to be okay (I have no personal experience), but for music, using the Via drivers, it's outstanding! Many people think it's as good as an M-Audio Revolution for music! I have one in my HTPC that's hooked up by optical cable to my Onkyo receiver, and it's been excellent for music and video sound playback.
