BiBi Posted August 17, 2005 Posted August 17, 2005 Hi I am trying to push my ram. OCZ 2x1GB Platinum pc3200 I switched to bios 704-2 and yellow slots after hearing good things about them. Tried each stick of ram in Yellow Slot1 and they ran fine at 220, but I get errors putting both in yellow slots. Using recommended settings from RyderOCZ In Genie Bios230 auto 16 16 Asjust your multi for your CPU and total speed 100 disable 1.500v 1.400v above VID 110% (adjust your total voltage for your CPU this was for my Clawhammer, so yours might need to be different) 1.30v 1.60v 2.7V DRAM Config 200 enable 2.5 3 7 3 13 16 2 (might need to be 3 for you) 2 (ditto) 1 (maybe 2) 2 (maybe 3) 0908 auto enabled auto 0 Level 8 Level 2 auto normal auto 256 disable 16 07 disable I've heard ppl go to 230 with this ram but I can't get over 220. I know no OC is guaranteed but I just want to know if anything is limiting my OC.
belew Posted August 17, 2005 Posted August 17, 2005 Try 2.8V and 2T, Gigabyte modules are going to be more difficult to clock.
arthurleung Posted August 17, 2005 Posted August 17, 2005 although it might not help, try this: 200-E-3-4-8-4-13-16-3-3-2-3-3120-A-E-D-0-7-3-8.0-N-5.5-256-D-16-7-D(4) this is for my UCCC modules to get to DDR510, probably not going to work, but worth a try?
