When I have this disabled bootup hangs @ start up just as it is trying to see my HDD's. Any Ideas as to why? I re enabled it @ 50% and it boots every time, Thanks

Any Bios Suggestions for the setup I am running Present bios that came with new board runs great. But I was told I needed to run 6-23-05 on my 3200+ venice over clock board I was running. I plan on pushing this new Puppy up to 2.5 GHz and 500 mhz on the ram at suggested factory voltage and Timmings For DDR500 mhz. Was told 6-23-05 was better for dual core processors and was concerned about Win XP x64 OS and Bio's. I have 6-23-05 bios on floppy already to go. Would like some opinions before I do the Deed. Any help is always Appreciated!! Thanks!

I am sorry the audigy is no longer installed in my AMD game System, I forgot ot update my SIG, It is now in my P4 intel box, sorry ! RGONE: Suggest I do a RMA on the board! No I am using a logitech USB Boom headset. no rear speakers are connected. Thanks for ur reply. got a feeling my karajan module or onboard sound has went whackoo, is all sound created in the audio codec on the karajan module?

I Recently started having problems with my onboard sound. I have tried everything I can think of from updating the most recent driver update and checking all the trouble shooters win XP PRO has and I still have scratchy distorted sound. Even my usb Mic and headset I am told my voice sounds like I have a frog in my voice when I talk online. My Warranty is still good until march or april 06. Any one having trouble with the Karajan Module on this board? This maybe a Problem I need to discuss with Angry Games? Help Please!

LOL like u i got down to the build and discovered my BFG 6800 GT OC AGP would not work also. there was 534.00 shot, it was in p4 intel sys, short story i tried 2 6600 gt OC"s @sli bridge cost 20.00 didn't like the results and traded them for a VisionTek X850XT Pe edition 256 mb +269.00 trade diff, been happy ever since, I now have the P4 and the AMD networked, AMD for gaming only. I had a 800.00+ Bonehead move, lots of luck! Just thought I was the only bonehead of the year Guy!

How does one tell which Venice core you have? I have 3200+ Venice purchased sometime in april 2005 as Mobo, cpu, Mem Combo, Had no cpu box was tested and shipped to me from MWave. Thanks!

Thanks a bunch! I was always told that you could not mix 2 types of memory in size and type or mfg. is that not true? I do have 4 sticks of dual Kingston Value memory in my P4 Pentium. 2 PAIRS #KVR400AK2/1GR CL3 They are 512's 3200 @400mhz, would you consider the idea of moving them from my Pentium 4 to my AMD? I checked with Kingston site and they are suppose to work with my AMD setup which is my Game computer. Your input will be greatly be appreciated! Any one else's opinion on this is also welcome, also would be great if someone that is running Kingston value mem @ both channel's loaded. Thanks for your time! LJames

I have the memory Listed below, Dual Channel Patriot PCD5123200 LLK 2X256= 512, they are Matched Pair KIt. The above have Red heatsinks installed and have low latency, 2.0-3-2-5 My question is will this work in my Sys and if so will it OC better than the 2x512 Crucial value Mem I am running? also will the loss of 512 meg be that much a difference. I searched Patriot's site and all I can find listed is their new mem and no spec's on the ones I have. says will work in most Sys that run Dual Channel inc NF2 boards. Thanks: LJ
