Any of you who are affiliated with a major retail computer chain may be aware of the Intel Retail Edge Program. I am thinking of taking part in the member purchase program this year, but would like to know if you guys think it is worth it.

i would def go for it. for $230 its not bad. also, i wish i could go for it but i quit my job, i dont think my latest paystub will let them choose me lol.

fair warning... it's limitted to a very small # of people. in my 2 years at compusa and 2 years at CBW I only got one of these after prequalifying.

 

 

just keep an eye out AMD's is coming up soon too. and they inlcude ram

this year if u get 12000 points u will get one as long as u work at a retail chain. 8000 is for while supplies last so i mean if u can get 12000 points then ur straight. I have 10900 right now but theres another month to go.

I used to have double the points for it. but still was always a few hours late getting my # in... and I'd try at 2am or so

well i just quit compusa around 2 weeks ago. so when AMD's comes around, i cant get it :/

 

my manager said that if he just has to send a email or verify employement that way, he will but if its a paystub, i cant :/

I have over 13,000 points, so purchase is guarranteed. I just don't know if I want to do a new system build again right now.
