I have actually applied a few of the fixes I have read about here. The tip about the Trend Micro online scanner was really a plus! My NAV never picked up on a virus I had resident, but the T/M did right away! Anyhow, I was cruisin through my registry and found this tag...called PrivateHash. It doesnt point to anything obvious, but it sounds rather off-the-wall for a filename, dontcha think? Has anyone ever heard of this? I'm running a basic Compaq 5000 series w/40 gig hdd, 384mb ram, CD, CDRW, 8 gig backup hdd, and 1.5 ghz processor. Not really much good at listing my attributes, but I'm needing some help that I KNOW you all can give! I'll be posting in the proper areas for that...
