kennethk Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 (edited) I'm thinking about getting a Dell Venue Pro 8 but theres no usb ports on it just micro usb. I was thinking if I use a OTG cable can I use a usb extension cable with the otg cable for more ports and will it still charge? They go fir $150 on ebay and I've been wanting a full windows 8 tablet, can't afford those $300 ones anymore So my question is can I still charge it while using an otg cable with a usb extension adapter Also, I should be able to run some casual gaming on it right? I mostly enjoy simulator/racing games I don't expect heavy gaming to it but should do fine for casual gaming. Waco Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Usually the port can charge or be used for data...not both at the same time.

Well you said racing games which sounded impossible right there, I can't see the specs listed running a fast paced racing game successfully. Thanks for letting me know Waco, too bad they couldn't of just thrown a usb port on it
