I just logged in to the forum today for the first time in months, and found it unusual that Troy (bp) was posting the hardware roundups. I thought that Dale might have left the staff. It goes without saying that I am shocked to hear about Dale after finding this thread. Dale first recruited me into the News Team in 2009. He was a great leader of the News Staff, always supportive, understanding and willing to help, regardless of his own work and personal commitments. He was a dedicated and respected member of the OCC community and staff, and he will be missed greatly. RIP Dale.

I just got a Sansa Fuze (the old version, not the Fuze+) a few days ago. It's a very good player - it's easy to use and to load with music. The microSD card slot will be good for you if you want to expand the initial memory at little cost. I drag and drop music directly onto the player, it works fine, although it takes a bit of work to get album art to work. You can also RockBox it for better battery life and more features (such as customisable themes and Last.fm scrobbling support). I feel that the Sansa is the best value MP3 player at its price point. Feel free to ask away if you have any questions about the Fuze.

Out of all those mice I've only used the CM Storm Sentinel Advance. It's a great mouse, although the rubber coating can be a bit slippery, and the two macro buttons on the left can be hard to reach with your left thumb.
