New GPU

I Bought the EVGA 970 SSC with ACX 2.0+ and really like it.  To be honest I would not get the FTW unless you get the top notch FTW with the ACX 2.0+ cooler (04G-P4-3978-KR).  The way it looks to me the EVGA 970 SSC with ACX 2.0+ (04G-P4-3975-KR) is a bit cheaper, has just a bit better cooling ability, has better overclock ability since it has 1 8 pin and 1 6 pin power connecter vs the FTW with ACX 2.0 has just 2 6 pin power connectors.  Im running my 970 SSC right now at 1419 boost clock speed and could stand to go much higher.

As for the question at hand:  If you are referring to the twin frozr card, I can't tell because i think your model # you have listed is wrong, then you really won't be able to tell much difference between the two cards. It all boils down to you personal preference of looks and luck of the draw on gpu chips   I say go with whichever fits your budget first then if you feel the extra year of warranty is worth the extra cost then get the EVGA.

Reread my post.   I added and changed a couple of things:  the model number of the FTW card I mentioned being one.  To sum it up either get the EVGA 970 SSC or the MSI.  MSI will do fine and will likely not cause you any problems.  I am an EVGA fan myself so I tend to go that route over the others.
