deathwish Posted July 16, 2005 Posted July 16, 2005 Hello all, I'm near building a computer and I've got a few more questions, I read the install guides, and it said to change these settings on this link: http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/sho...04&postcount=49 I'm wondering if it's really neccesary to change all of that or will it make a noticable performance increase.. if not It looks too confusing for me Thanks, d3aTh.w|Sh! Fire-N-Ice Posted July 16, 2005 Posted July 16, 2005 i would have to say yes...although this won't give you a noticeable increase, unless you've already booted your system, and your settings are set real low. only way to tell i guess is to test both ways. do you want to overclock your system? you have a nice equipment! what psu? if the stock settings, and/or the ones suggested in the link isn't enough for you, then read, read, read, and try, try, try. lol. gl.
