Angry_Games Posted November 5, 2006 Posted November 5, 2006 Do you have to use the floppy F6 driver if you are not installing Windows XP on the array? remember this is an NF4 all NF4 applies to all NF4 so if anything is said about the Lanparty NF4, it applies to any NF4, including Infinity NF4 there's no difference in NF4 between NF4 and NF4 it is all NF4
General Septem Posted November 5, 2006 Posted November 5, 2006 rememberthis is an NF4 all NF4 applies to all NF4 so if anything is said about the Lanparty NF4, it applies to any NF4, including Infinity NF4 there's no difference in NF4 between NF4 and NF4 it is all NF4 I'm not talking about NF4. I'm talking about installing Windows XP on a separate disk as opposed to on the RAID array. The way you did it (at least in the old tutorial) with the floppy disk, you installed XP on the RAID array. Do you need the floppy drive if you're not installing XP on the array? Because I thought the only time you needed F6 drivers is so Windows Setup could read the drive it was installing to.
