Hello,

Remove BIOS 615 right now :) (it is not safe).

Go to BIOS 310.

Make sure you clear the CMOS for 10mins after the Flash. (PC off when you do this)

Corsair modules = potential problem.

Using the ORANGE slot after the BIOS flash,

Set the memory voltage to 2.7v

DRAM Frequency Set (MHZ).............200 (DRAM/FSB:1/01)

Command per clock (CPC)...............Disabled

Cas latency (tCL)...........................2

RAS to CAS delay (tRCD)..................3

Min RAS active time (tRAS)...............6

Row precharge time (tRP)..............3

Row cycle time (tRC)......................11

Row refresh cycle time(tRFC)..........14

Row to Row delay (tRRD).................3

Write recovery time (tWR)...............2

Write to read delay (tWTR)...............1

read to write delay (tRWT)...............1

Refresh period (tREF).......................AUTO

Write CAS latency (tWCL)..................1

DRAM Bank Interleave............Enabled

DQS Skew Control.............................Decrease Skew

DQS Skew Value................................0

DRAM Drive Strength..........................AUTO

DRAM Data Drive Strength..................AUTO

Max Async Latency.............................6ns

Read Preamble Time...........................5ns

Idle Cycle Limit...................................AUTO

Dynamic Counter................................Enable

R/W Queue Bypass.............................AUTO

Bypass Max.........................................AUTO

32 Byte Granularity.............................Disable(8 Bursts)

See what happens.

Run memtest for a few hours, 3

(8 it you have the time, you should make the time to do this)

Thanks Sharp

Those settings work well for me.

Ok.... heres what i've done so far....

Flashed bios 310 , removed cmos and power for 10 mins, loaded optimal defaults, entered in sharps setup, one thing under my dram data strength there isnt an auto option only 1-4 so i put it at 3?

Went into sata and enabled my sata 1 and 2 so f10 would show up . I go into windows and hit f6 like i was doing back on the other bios's 615 and default bios. When it asks me for a disk i put the sata drivers that came with mb in and hit enter all of a sudden for the first time it says

"File txtsetup.oem cause an unexpected error (512) at line 1742 in c:xpclientbasebootsetupoemdisk.c."

So i just skipped the driver and it shows hds as 2 seperate which i dont want... So i just go through formating and copying the files (which it didnt stop on that file i was having problems copying -IDECOI.DLL- before windows installation.

Computer restarted and says boot from cd and if i hit enter it just goes through setup once again if i dont hit boot from cd it says NTLD error hit cntrl+alt+del which is because i dont have windows installed probably.... I dont know much about these satas so bare with me :(

I restarted and went into bios and disabled external cache because it was something someone told me to disable so i did and restarted..

Went back into windows setup and tried f6 and install those raid drivers, and it let me ???? the harddrives were then back together 160gb (159.8 i think) started formating then copyed files and Bam same problem idecoi.dll cant be copyed :( sooo here i am.....
