ZoKi Posted May 18, 2005 Posted May 18, 2005 Greetings people. I've got my venice 3500+ up at 2.6gig. So far my DFI board has been working flawlessly. Just sometimes the memory settings do your head in, cause of so many options/settings I would like to achieve with this cpu about 2.7 - 2.8 if it is possible. I am running Bios 414-2. and my running BH-5 OCZ chips with them in the yellow slots Cpu stepping is 3500 CBBLE 0512DPAW Memory settings in bios, all in order from top to bottom Genie Bios 200 LTD: 4x (i know this is above 2000, but it runs stable and is flakey with 3x) 1.50v 1.80v 1.475 * 110% vcore Memory 1:1 Enabled 2.0 2 5 2 10 16 4 3 2 4 3120 Auto Enabled Increase 0 Level 8 Level 1 7.0ns 5.0ns 16 Disable 16x 7x Memtest86+ has ran for 6hours+ with not even one error up on screen. This suggests to me that the ram is working quite well at these settings. I have tried to do 11x260 with low vcore. But Super PI will not run, keep getting "NOT EXACT ROUND" and i have also tried 1.85vcore and still the same errors, but runs for abit longer. Anyone can chuck me ideas/opinions please? Much appreciated Thankyou
