2 lots of universal serial bus controllers

in the device manager i have 2 lots shouldnt there be only one?

 

the first one is standard and the second one is enhanced.

 

what prompted me to check was that i just scanned something and it scanned really slow so i wanted to make sure i had usb 2 installed.

 

is this normal?
