please take a second to look at this sound card

i'm not a sound card expert so i wanted to get some of your opinions on this card. i'm using onboard sound now but this thing sounds pretty sweet, especially the encoder. sounds reminiscent of soundstorm. but the unknown company name makes me pretty hesitant to serious consider.
