nF4 Ultra-D - CPU multi and general temperature increase.

Wouldn't you expect CPU temperatures to stay the same with the same total CPU Mhz (2500) and voltage (1.6V)?

For me...

294x8.5@2499 --> 49 degrees average Prime95 torture

278x9@2502 --> 47 degree average

250x10@2500 --> 45 degree average

227x11@2497 --> 40 degree average

 

Should FSB really be raising my CPU (SmartGuardian) temps? Is anyone else seeing this? Regardless of total CPU Mhz, my CPU core temp seems to be largely impacted by FSB.

 

Also, I have temp probes in my case. What should I watch for as far as RAM temperature (probe inserted under heatspreader). Currently about 48 degrees.
