nF4 Ultra-D - OCZ RAM chip?

I thought these sticks used TCCD, but based on a quick Google, I'm wrong. Unfortunately, no one knows what's on them (I won't be removing the heatspreaders).

Any ideas? They don't appear in any of the memory lists in the stickies.
