That is only determined by your personal testing and not a statement like hey get WooHIx.bin bios and it rocks. Before flashing any bios make sure you first load optimized defaults. After bios flash it is always appropriate to clear cmos correctly and load optimized defaults and reboot before tuning bios to your setup. And if you have not looked at the users recommending a bios savior or spare pre-flashed bios chip to recover from a bad flash or faulty overclock then you need to a search for bios savior in this 32 bit forum.
