Old School Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 Ordering from Dell only saved me $20, but I'll take it. However, the real reason I didn't get the monitor from Newegg is that I hear they have a terrible return policy on monitors. It's a big hassle with them to return a faulty monitor. Otherwise, I typically order all my other parts from them. Dell's reputation for customer service and returns is supposed to be top notch, so I didn't want to mess around with such an important piece of hardware. I'm sure I'll be keeping this new CRT for years. I'll post some pics in about a week or so when I get everything set up.
