copy over Raid 0 array

So right now I have 2: 36 gb raptors running in Raid 0.

I am getting a new HDD back from western digtal since mine was DOA..

The Raid 0 array is running 32 bit Vista..

The new hard drive I got is a 500 gb WD SATA 7,200 rpm HDD

Is there a way to copy over the data from the raptors onto the new hard drive and be able to boot off it.

I want to install 64 bit Vista onto the raptors and have 2 OS's on this computer ??

Since I would be mostly using 64 bit vista, I want that on the raptor's as it would be faster....

Is this possiable and would I need software to do this ???

if so what software and how much would it be.

So when I copy over the Raptors data to the 500 Gb drive I get back tomorrow.

Windows and everything will boot correct ???

and How would I go about making a Dual OS boot config so that I can pick and choose b/w the 32 bit version and 64 bit version.

I know boot config file and stuff. I've just never hand written a boot config.

Acronis has the ability to create an image of your existing drive so that when you restore that image to the new drive it will boot just like before. I believe that entails making your new drive the C: drive.

As for the dual boot, do a little Google searching and you should be able to turn up some guides for that.
