philbrown23 Posted December 24, 2007 Posted December 24, 2007 well I'm running almost a 30% oc on my cpu, which is the highest I've been able to get stable. ran all tests, ooct, orthos, and prime95, all with no errors, and stable, etc, but I'll just be surfin the net chillin and all of the sudden my pc will freeze??? don't know why. ram is @ 266, 400 normal, htt is @ 3x, 5x normal, pcie is locked @ 100 and so on but why am I passing everything as stable and later on freezing? oblivescence Posted December 25, 2007 Posted December 25, 2007 Firefox? hes saying that if by some weird chance you are using internet explorer, that your compy could be locking up from the inherent buggines of IE. Though I use IE on my parents compy and I haven't seen it crash a computer in a long while.
