Probably the electronic breaker in the PSU, I have the same clicking in most of my PSUs.

please explain this "breaker" as I have never heard a computer psu click ever...

It's the sound you get when you turn off your comp, that last clicking noise.........but it was doing it while it was on

My parents computer has done that for a couple of years. I would't worry.
