Tirian-64 Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 Ok, im guilty of building a new computer for myself every 6-7 months (what a bad habit, and they say smoking is expensive) anyway Now, i dont want to buy another copy of windows xp pro, and my other disks are scratched to the point of being unrecognizable. I had read something about just uninstalling drivers from the hardware manager in windows and then moving the harddrive to the new computer, and its supposed to work. i dont know if its true, but that would save me so much time and money. somebody please clarify this for me.
