3000/3200 Same Thing? - Would This Bottleneck Me?

I am wondering if there is a difference between the 2 CPUs, I hear the 3200 is just an OCed version of the 3000

both would be a bottle neck in my opinion.

 

and NO it's not overclocked... it runs 200mhz faster STOCK due to a higher factory laser etched multiplier.

And that 200 Mhz speed boost can be very helpful at times .

 

If you're buying such a high end card, do you think you'd be able to make room in your budget for maybe a 3700+ San Diego? They OC very well, and would be less of a bottleneck on your card.
