O(V)eGA_l2el) Posted June 3, 2005 Posted June 3, 2005 I am currently using a Powerreach SonicFlash 4port KVM switch (PS2/VGA) with audio switching support. It is a great switch, but I have noticed a slight smearing effect when switching among systems. Also, I think the audio cabling is not shielded well, because I notice a large degradation in audio quality. If anyone could recommend a quality KVM cable set (at least 2 sets), I would appreciate it. I have read in the past that Belkin has good quality/double-shield cabling. Is this true? The current cables have PS2 ports (keyboard/mouse), audio/mic, and VGA (male/male) connectors. Audio and mic cables are strained together with the other cables--they are not separate. d3bruts1d Posted June 3, 2005 Posted June 3, 2005 I always use Belkin Gold, but they are just KVM not KVM+Audio.
O(V)eGA_l2el) Posted June 3, 2005 Posted June 3, 2005 Well, I have no problem purchasing KVM & audio/mic cables separately. Do you know of a good vendor which sells Belkin Gold cables with male/male vga connections?
