VolcomPimp Posted January 21, 2003 Posted January 21, 2003 my friend has a fairly nice system w/ a radeon8500, and while playing CS under 1600x1200 (opengl), it lags when he shoots, or even clicks w/ no weapon under training... his card is better than my geforce4 mx440 w/ more ram and slightly faster processor and mine works fine... ATI Radeon 8500 Posted January 22, 2003 Posted January 22, 2003 ...I've never tried using my Radeon under 1600x1200 cuz I don't got a monitor to vbut there's no reason it shouldn't work...Does he have 128 MB or 64 MB memory on it...Still shouldn't make a difference for C-S, cuz on 1024x768 with all settings maxed I get 100 fps and never slip.
