Im Very Unsure How To Do This.

With my dell there no obvious way to open the case, theres a half cricle type button on the top far back, when i press on it nothing happens, what should I do or is that the right button, i just have to pull out then or what. Ill need to know this when I install the new RAM at which noones!!!!!!!!!!! responded to yet. Which makes me think noone cares, or i just asked an extremly dumb question, which makes me wanna cry. wahh.

most Dell cases there is a buttom on the top and bottom at the back of the case. You will need to press both of them at the same time to open it.

hmm well its a dell just tear open the case witch ever way u feel is right. the ram well........ it should work. open your case make sure that it can handle another stick. wut kind of dell is it?

On the link I placed in the other topic, it asked me, Brand>Dell>4500 then it gave me the compatiable RAM which was

 

512 MB DDR PC2100

those dell cases are crazy. press the buttons on the front and back and it opens up in half...so crazy, but actually sorta nifty.
