Anyone Run A Single Heatercore With A 7v Fan?

I think I am going to go for the single heatercore http://www.watercoolingshop.com/catalog/pr...c0f50992dfd311e

 

Has anyone had any experience with these? Will I be able to use my Panaflo, rated at 100CFM, running at 7v on this without any problems? I seem to hear alot of people say you need atleast 100CFM going through these rads.. whereas at 7v I have like probably 50CFM or something?

 

I don't really trust the BIX enough anymore even if the shop will send me a replacement. But then I don't want to have to have a noisy fan and I certainly don't want any less performance than the BIX with a 7v fan on it.
