Need A Photoshop Guru

Well I cant make what I have in mind for one of my sites.

So I need someone that is dang good with photoshop (or illistrator or whatever you use)

 

I will paypal whoever can do it for me.

 

 

What I need:

 

a title graphic,

and then several boarders for different sections, and a small banner, and a large banner.

 

theme is industrial, so hydrolc and gears or something.
