Valve has changed things up a bit with Counter-Strike: Global Offensive today by shifting it to Free-to-Play and even adding a battle royale game mode. This mode, called Danger Zone, allows you to play alone or with up to two friends, and has a maximum of 18 players on the map.

With the shift to being Free-to-Play, Valve has also given all players who purchased it previously Prime Status. With Prime Status you will be matched against others with this and have a chance of getting Prime-exclusive items.
