Normally with RAM, the faster you go the less capacity you have, but apparently G.Skill wants to challenge that relationship. Today the company announced two Trident Z kits, both featuring eight DIMMs. The larger of the two is an 8x 16 GB kit, giving you 128 GB of DDR4 memory that has been tested at 4000 MHz with CL 19-19-19-39 at 1.35 V. The validation is done on an Asus Prime X299-Deluxe II with the Core i7-9800X CPU. If you are looking for more speed and are willing to sacrifice some capacity, the company is also offering an 8x 8 GB kit tested at 4266 MHz with the same CL 19-19-19-39 latencies but at 1.45 V. This RAM is also verified on a Prime X299-Deluxe II but with an i7-9920X processor. Naturally these kits support XMP 2.0.

If you are looking for such large and fast kits, they will be available from authorized G.Skill partners in 2019Q1.
