Cooler Master Brought New PSU and Cases to Computex 2018

Recommended Posts

Alongside a great many companies, Cooler Master is at Computex 2018 showing off new products, including new power supplies and new cases. For PSUs, the company announced a new V Series power supply will be released with a Platinum efficiency rating for at least three different wattage levels. While Cooler Master has been selling power supplies for some time, the company has finally decided to design and manufacturer its own completely in-house. Currently it is only being referred to as the XG but Cooler Master is claiming this will be a milestone for itself and the entire PSU market.

For cases, Cooler Master brought the COSMOS C700M, the company's flagship case in its Maker segment. Its design fuses bold shapes to its soft, continuous surface and it makes use of addressable RGB lighting to leave an impact on those who see it. The MasterCase SL600M begins the new SL series that uses chimney-based heat regulation to provide an efficient means of blending silent technology and gaming performance. The vertical layout means cool air is brought in through the bottom with how air exhausted out of the top. Built using aluminum, it looks like a sophisticated workstation but is still a capable high performance gaming platform.
