Need for Speed Payback Announced and Coming November 10

Today EA and its studio Ghost Games announced Need for Speed Payback will be the next game in the franchise and is launching November 10 for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. The title will be an action driving fantast game that is about more than finishing first but also building the perfect ride and playing out the story. The player will get to drive as Tyler, the Racer; Mac, the Showman; and Jess, the Wheelman while taking on The House, a cartel ruling over casinos, criminals, and cops, and working to earn the respect of the underground. Need for Speed Payback will also feature the deepest vehicle customization in the series to date, allowing players to craft unique rides and transforming a derelict into a supercar.

While the release may be months away, we already have details on the pre-order bonuses and Deluxe Edition. Those who pre-order will get the Platinum Car Pack that includes five customized and tuned cars at launch, along with Platinum Blue Tire Smoke that only those cars can equip. The Deluxe Edition includes the Platinum Car Pack and adds exclusive customization items, including the Deluxe Edition license plate and NOS color, in-game discounts, and Rep bonuses. Those who get the Deluxe Edition will also have three days of early access to the full game, while those with EA Access or Origin Access will only have 10 hours of early playtime, starting on November 2.
