Guest_Jim_* Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 Back in December Serious Sam VR: The First Encounter entered Early-Access on Steam and today Croteam has officially launched it, but because the company could, Serious Sam VR: The Second Encounter has also launched today. Both titles are on sale at 25% off during their launch window, so for those of you with HTC Vives or Oculus Rifts, you can visit ancient Egypt, South America, medieval Europe, and Mesopotamia as Sam ' Serious' Stone, trying to stop the forces of Mental. You will have a variety of weapons to use, including the Chainsaw, Cannon, and Minigun, and you can dual-wield them if you wish (and why would you not?). If you are looking for a Serious multiplayer experience, you can play with up to 15 friends, so 16 total players can be together in cooperative and competitive modes. As both VR games are also coming to the Serious Sam Fusion 2017 (beta), VR and 'flat' players will be able to play together as well, for some cross-platform fights.
