It has been co-designed with Microsoft and The Coalition, the developers of the upcoming Gears of War 4, so it will perfectly compliment the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Limited Edition Bundle, and the Crimson Omen Limited Edition Xbox One controller. The headset will be shipping in September CloudX headsets are tested and approved to work with Xbox One controllers, but are also compatible with Windows with a two-meter PC extension cable. The headset has been designed to give studio-grade quality, so you can accurately hear your opponents from far away. It also features in-line controls to adjust volume and mute the microphone when needed, a leather headband and memory foam for hours of comfortable gameplay, and a steel frame for durability. To make sure others can hear you clearly, the microphone uses noise cancelling. If you are attending Comic-Con International: San Diego, you can get a look at the headset on July 20, at the Xbox booth. Its next appearance will be at the first ever official Gears eSports Open North American even in Columbus, Ohio, on July 30-31. When it ships, the headset will be backed by a two-year warranty.
