Guest_Jim_* Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Some more details about F1 2016 have been revealed recently, including that it will support up to 22 players in online races. This is an important achievement for the game, as it will allow the whole grid to be filled with human players, in all 21 of the game's circuits. Also the game is receiving new features, the Formation Lap and manual starts. This is the first time the Formation Lap has been in the game, so players will be able to experience pre-race tension and warm up the tires before the start. With manual starts, the player will be in control as the lights got out, balancing the revs and having to watch out for a jump start or the anti-stall engaging. You can also have manual control going into the pit lane, but be careful you are not going to fast, or incur the new five second pit stop penalty. We have also gotten a new trailer that shows off these features and the game's graphics. F1 2016 releases on August 19 for Windows PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
